Security Clearance: Reliability or higher is required at time of application. Eligible for secret is preferred.
Summary
Owns the program's status reporting pack, RAID log, and decision register. Collects, validates, and synthesizes inputs from active releases and workstreams to produce accurate, timely reporting for leadership and governance forums.
Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate project activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring actions and decisions are documented and tracked to completion.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), escalating concerns and supporting mitigation activities as required.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance materials to support oversight and decision-making.
Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, and support successful project execution.
Manage decision logs, ensuring decisions are recorded, communicated, and actioned.
Requirements
Experience producing executive-level status reports by consolidating multi-source inputs into clear, visually consistent reporting packages.
Experience managing RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, owners, due dates, escalation, and mitigation activities.
Experience maintaining decision registers and ensuring decisions are recorded, communicated, and actioned.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex program information into concise, plain-language summaries.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight weekly reporting cadences.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to obtain inputs and maintain reporting discipline across business, technical, and vendor teams.
