Job Summary

As part of the Integrity Team, the Risk & Controls Consultant will lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the consultant will identify operational and integrity risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and controls that support effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution.

• Identify integrity, compliance, operational, and business risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and operational controls.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support solution design and delivery.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead stakeholder and client discussions.

• Prepare presentations and communicate recommendations to project teams and clients.

• Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies, quality controls, and compliance measures.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integrity, compliance, and quality practices.

• Work within a matrixed environment to negotiate and support complex solution outcomes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed integrity and quality objectives throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Support the delivery of complex public sector and financial services solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing citizen-facing public service solutions (Social Security, Social Services, Taxation, Customs, Grants, or similar) or banking/financial services solutions.

• Experience with business process design and requirements gathering.

• Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions.

• Strong stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership skills.

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating complex solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and translate them into actionable requirements, processes, and controls.

• Experience in business process transformation (Preferred).

• Experience with complex, multi-year case management implementations (Preferred).

• Experience designing or implementing fraud prevention, integrity, quality control, or compliance programs (Preferred).

• Experience with risk management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in public sector or financial services environments (Preferred).

• Experience working with cross-functional Agile product teams (Preferred).
