Job Summary
As part of the Integrity Team, the Risk & Controls Consultant will lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the consultant will identify operational and integrity risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and controls that support effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution.
Identify integrity, compliance, operational, and business risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and operational controls.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support solution design and delivery.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead stakeholder and client discussions.
Prepare presentations and communicate recommendations to project teams and clients.
Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies, quality controls, and compliance measures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integrity, compliance, and quality practices.
Work within a matrixed environment to negotiate and support complex solution outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed integrity and quality objectives throughout the solution lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Support the delivery of complex public sector and financial services solutions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience implementing citizen-facing public service solutions (Social Security, Social Services, Taxation, Customs, Grants, or similar) or banking/financial services solutions.
Experience with business process design and requirements gathering.
Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating complex solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and translate them into actionable requirements, processes, and controls.
Experience in business process transformation (Preferred).
Experience with complex, multi-year case management implementations (Preferred).
Experience designing or implementing fraud prevention, integrity, quality control, or compliance programs (Preferred).
Experience with risk management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, in public sector or financial services environments (Preferred).
Experience working with cross-functional Agile product teams (Preferred).
