We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Analyst to support accessibility validation of web applications and digital documents. The successful candidate will ensure solutions meet WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA requirements and validate document accessibility against EN 301 549 standards. Experience testing both web and non-web content is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform accessibility testing of web applications, websites, PDFs, Word documents, forms, and other digital content.
Develop and execute accessibility test cases and test plans.
Identify, document, and track accessibility defects, mapping issues to accessibility standards and guidelines.
Conduct manual accessibility testing using screen readers and accessibility evaluation tools.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to provide remediation guidance and accessibility best practices.
Produce accessibility assessment reports and testing summaries.
Support accessibility compliance efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software testing experience with significant accessibility testing expertise.
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards.
Experience testing document accessibility and compliance with EN 301 549 requirements.
Hands-on experience with:
NVDA
WAVE
Axe DevTools
WCAG Colour Contrast Checkers
Color Blindness Emulators
Experience performing keyboard, screen reader, colour contrast, form, navigation, and document accessibility testing.
Strong defect reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
