Develop, maintain, and enhance delivery dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated data flows using Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, APIs, queries, and related technologies to improve delivery visibility and decision-making.
Support backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking activities, providing guidance on Azure DevOps best practices, reporting standards, and ways of working.
Maintain the integrated program plan, including schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, delivery streams, and cross-workstream dependencies.
Identify, document, analyze, and track cross-stream dependencies, facilitate resolution discussions, assess critical path impacts, and escalate schedule risks as required.
Coordinate project activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring actions, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables are documented, communicated, and tracked to completion.
Monitor and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), supporting mitigation planning, issue resolution, ownership accountability, and escalation processes.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, meeting documentation, and dependency reporting to support program oversight and decision-making.
Collaborate with business, technical, vendor, release, and workstream teams to monitor progress, manage dependencies, track deliverables, and ensure successful program execution.
Develop process documentation, user guidance, and operating procedures, while providing clear written and verbal communications that translate complex delivery, planning, and dependency information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience supporting delivery planning, tracking, governance, and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including data modeling, measures, visualizations, and integration with Azure DevOps and other delivery data sources.
Experience designing and building PowerApps, forms, agents, and workflow solutions to support planning, status reporting, RAID management, metrics collection, and process automation.
Strong capability in data integration and automation, leveraging tools such as Power Query, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, ADO APIs, Power Automate, and agent-based workflows to improve data quality, reliability, and reporting efficiency.
Ability to translate business and Ways of Working requirements into practical dashboards, applications, reporting workflows, and data structures that support program delivery and decision-making.
Strong understanding of ADO delivery data structures, including work items, iterations, releases, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting, with the ability to design solutions that support accurate and reliable reporting.
Experience owning and continuously improving reporting and automation solutions, identifying data quality or usability issues, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and driving ongoing enhancements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex delivery information through clear, actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.
Proficient in using Excel for analysis, validation, and interim data management, while leveraging enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI as the primary reporting platform.
