Job Summary:
The Advanced Analytics / AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies, specifically within the MS Dynamics and Azure ecosystems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced analytics solutions utilizing MS Dynamics and Azure platforms to support business objectives.
Implement machine learning algorithms and AI models to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Conduct data analysis and visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain the performance of analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and AI, providing thought leadership to the organization.
Support the development of best practices and standards for data analytics and AI deployment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI engineering.
Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Azure, with a strong understanding of their analytics capabilities.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Enhanced security clearance is required for this position.
