Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI platforms, integrating machine learning and large language model (LLM) capabilities into business solutions, and implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices to support production-ready AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.

• Build and integrate AI-powered applications using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, and other Microsoft AI technologies.

• Develop and operationalize Generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and vector search capabilities.

• Design and implement scalable AI platforms and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure technologies.

• Develop AI and machine learning applications using Python, machine learning frameworks, APIs, and REST-based services.

• Implement and manage MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automated deployment pipelines, model lifecycle management, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.

• Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines to support the development, deployment, and operationalization of AI solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions aligned with organizational architecture and technology standards.

• Apply Responsible AI principles and support governance, compliance, security, and risk management requirements across AI solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or related technology solutions.

• Strong expertise in Azure AI services, machine learning engineering, cloud-native architectures, and Responsible AI practices.

• Strong experience in machine learning, agentic AI, model training, prompting techniques, and the development and optimization of modern AI models and multi-model AI systems.

• Proven expertise in AI solution architecture, including the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, semantic search, and vector search solutions.

• Experience implementing and managing MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD automation, model monitoring, model governance, and lifecycle management.

• Strong experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure cloud technologies.

• Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, API development, REST services, and AI application development.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled business applications.

• Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics platforms, and AI-ready data architectures.

• Knowledge of security, governance, compliance requirements, and Responsible AI principles within enterprise environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
