Job Summary:
The Product Specialist - EDP will play a critical role in the Information Technology department, focusing on the development, implementation, and enhancement of our electronic data processing (EDP) solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms to drive product success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product requirements for EDP solutions.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Azure technologies to design and deliver effective product solutions that meet business needs.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through execution, including product planning, development, and launch.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements.
Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal product utilization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and customer support to ensure product alignment and success.
Maintain thorough documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product specialist or related role.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Enhanced security clearance is required for this position.
