Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights, thereby supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Integrate data from various sources, including Microsoft Dynamics and Azure, to create comprehensive and accurate reporting solutions.
Optimize Power BI performance by implementing best practices in data modeling and report design.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power BI reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and enhancements, applying them to improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and DAX language.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Effective communication skills to present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
