Summary
We are seeking a skilled Curam Build Ops Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile Scrum team responsible for delivering and enhancing Curam-based product features. The successful candidate will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, including technical design, user story creation, development, testing, and deployment. This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Experience Designers, and Test Automation Engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with a cross-functional development team.
Design, develop, and implement Curam product features and enhancements.
Create and refine technical designs and user stories based on business requirements.
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Curam applications and components.
Perform unit testing using JUnit and support automated testing initiatives.
Work closely with Curam Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Experience Designers, and Test Automation Engineers to implement product features.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and Agile best practices.
Requirements
Strong experience with Curam development and technical design.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Experience using the JUnit Testing Framework for unit testing.
Knowledge of Agile Application Development methodologies and Scrum practices.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation.
Ability to create technical designs, user stories, and implement solutions from requirements.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise-scale applications is an asset.
