Role Overview
The Business Architecture Consultant will support the definition and delivery of business value by assessing current-state operations, gathering and documenting business requirements, and helping design business solutions that align with program and client objectives. Working within a collaborative environment, the consultant will engage stakeholders, contribute to strategic decisions, and support the development of business cases and value-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct current-state assessments and analyze business capabilities, processes, and challenges.
Gather, document, and validate business and stakeholder requirements.
Support the development of business architectures, business cases, and solution recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple workstreams to align business needs with program objectives.
Perform value analysis and prioritization to support decision-making and investment planning.
Contribute to business architecture deliverables, workshops, and strategic planning activities.
Support the identification and realization of business value throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or related strategic transformation initiatives.
Proven experience conducting current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and business solution design.
Strong knowledge of Business Architecture principles, methodologies, and practices.
Experience with Value Analysis and Prioritization to support business case development and decision-making.
Working knowledge of Value Architecture and Value Realization concepts.
Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional project or transformation environments.
