Our 100% Canada‑based team brings deep experience in QA, software testing, and IT services, along with a shared commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement. At the same time, we warmly welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about quality, teamwork, and making an impact.
This is a leadership role on a large-scale, multi-release ERP transformation program, spanning SAP core, Blue Yonder, MuleSoft integrations, and Magento omni-channel capabilities, with active releases, hypercare, and ongoing deployment waves. The upcoming deployment waves include Manhattan Warehouse management and additional capability updates in Magento. This overall Test lead role will oversee the individual Release test leads, who manage the release specific test cycles (e.g SIT, UAT, E2E) and the associated test automation. The Test lead will work closely with the client counterpart for each release.

End-to-end process testing across ERP platforms (SAP preferred; Oracle acceptable)
Experience leading testing across multi-platform ecosystems (SAP + integrations + digital/omni)
Demonstrated ownership of cross-release test strategy and governance (planning, cycles, entry/exit criteria, defect triage)
Strong leadership of large distributed teams (onshore/offshore model with offshore)
Oversight of test automation in Tricentis Tosca and performance testing capabilities (not hands-on, but governance and direction)
Preferred
Experience in integration-heavy programs (MuleSoft or equivalent API/integration layers)
Familiarity with order management / supply chain flows (e.g., OMS, vendor portal, fulfillment)
Ability to drive defect management with business context (not just technical severity, but customer/vendor impact)
Experience with release-based delivery models (parallel releases, retrofits, cross-release dependencies)
Strong engagement across business, technology, and vendor teams
Comfortable operating in a high-visibility
Comfortable in driving updates from client and Functional teams
