This is a contract position from Jul to Nov 2026, with the possibility of extension. A current valid secret level Government of Canada clearance is mandatory.
For select qualified candidates permanent employment would be considered.
The successful contractor will support SAP and enterprise system testing activities to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of applications. The role involves planning, executing, and coordinating testing activities across multiple environments. The Tester contributes to both manual and automated testing efforts while ensuring alignment with project and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of testing activities
Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
Execute testing including unit, integration, system, and regression testing
Support and utilize testing tools such as Micro Focus UFT and ALM
Monitor testing progress and report on results, risks, and issues
Conduct walkthroughs, reviews, and implementation readiness assessments
Establish and execute automated testing procedures where applicable
Perform interoperability testing to ensure system compatibility and performance
Establish validation and verification processes for functional and performance compliance
Maintain source and object code libraries across multi-platform environments
Provide ongoing knowledge transfer through documentation, presentations, and training.
What you`ll need
Min 2+ years demonstrated experience working in SAP environments or with enterprise applications
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in software testing core testing tasks (test planning, execution, automation, validation)
Experience performing a broad range of testing activities across multiple projects in complex, multi-system environments
Must hold a valid Secret security clearance (this is mandatory)
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
SAP modules, applications, or related technologies
Ability to work in multi-platform, multi-operating system environments
